1. Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods
1) Information Provided Directly by Users
(1) Sign-up/Login
- (Required) Email or Social Login Identifier (Apple/Google), minimum information for account identification
- (Optional) Nickname, Profile Image
(2) Information Created/Input During Service Use (User Content)
- Text: Contents of parenting diaries, memos, edits
- Photos: Photos uploaded by the user
- Voice: Voice uploaded (or recorded) by the user and text converted from voice (STT results)
(3) Family Invitation/Sharing Information
Account identifiers (Email or Social Login ID) during invitation/participation process
Content (text/photos/voice, etc.) within a shared account can be viewed by invited members. Rights such as editing/deleting follow app settings and service policies.
2) Automatically Collected Information
- Device/App Info: OS version, device model, app version, language settings
- Usage Records/Logs: Access logs, usage time, error logs, IP address (may be included in server logs)
3) Collection Methods
App sign-up/login, feature usage (upload/edit/share), customer inquiries (email), and logs automatically generated during service operation
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Operator processes personal information for the following purposes:
- Member identification, account management, and prevention of fraudulent use
- Parenting diary creation/editing/storage/synchronization and family sharing functions
- Provision of AI-based features (summary/sentence generation/classification, voice processing, etc.)
- Service stability assurance (error analysis, security)
- Customer inquiry response and notice delivery
3. AI Processing and Overseas Transfer
To provide AI-based features, the Service may transmit parts of text/photos/voice (or STT results) input/uploaded by the user to external AI processing services.
- Purpose: Performance of AI functions (diary generation/summary/classification, etc.), quality improvement, and error response
- User content is NOT used for purposes other than usage (e.g., ad targeting/sales).

OpenAI (Primary) + OpenRouter (Backup/Routing)
※ Data processing/storage methods may vary depending on the policies of OpenRouter and selected model providers.
4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
- Principle: Destroyed without delay upon achievement of purpose
- Member Info: Until membership withdrawal (account deletion)
- User Content (Text/Photo/Voice): Until deleted by user or membership withdrawal
However, for system backup/disaster recovery, data may remain for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it will be deleted in a non-recoverable manner.
If retention is required by law: Retained for the period prescribed by relevant laws
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties in
principle.
Exceptions apply in case of user consent or requests based on laws.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing and Storage Location
The Operator may outsource personal information processing tasks for service provision and manages/supervises in accordance with relevant laws.

(※ Currently, analytics/crash SDKs (Firebase/Amplitude, etc.) are not used. Notification will be provided upon future adoption.)
7. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.

8. Account and Data Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion through the following methods:
- Deletion via the in-app account deletion function
- Even if the app is deleted, deletion can be requested via the web deletion request page
9. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information
- Electronic Files: Deleted in a non-recoverable manner
- Printouts: Shredded or incinerated (if applicable)
10. Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information
- Encryption of transmission sections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Minimization of access rights and access control
- Security updates and log monitoring
11. Device Permission Info (Optional Access Rights)
- Photos: Permisison requested when uploading photos (Upload unavailable if denied)
- Microphone: Permission requested when using voice input/upload functions (Voice features limited if denied)
Permissions can be changed at any time in device settings.
12. Age Policy
The Service is intended for users aged 14 or older. If personal information of a user under 14 is confirmed, necessary measures such as deletion will be taken without delay.
13. Notification of Changes
Any changes to this policy will be notified via in-app notice or the posting page.
