Article 6 (AI Function Notice)

  • Rights to User Content belong to the Member.
  • The Operator may use User Content after de-identification or anonymization (making personal identification impossible) for service provision, feature improvement, and new technology development.
  • Members bear all civil/criminal liability for violations arising from this, and the Operator is not responsible.

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)

Members must not engage in the following acts:

The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by natural disasters, communication failures, or reasons attributable to the Member. The accuracy/completeness of AI results is not guaranteed. Also, unless there is intentional or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator is exempted from or limited in liability for damages caused to the Member by service use, and the scope of damages is limited to the extent permitted by relevant laws.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be subject to civil procedure acts and relevant laws.
